These can be tailored to very high degree to include individual job function, technical level and learning objective criteria. Generic technologies can be covered, as well as the use of Passport 7000/15000/20000 in specific environments and communication solutions.

Training and workshops can be hands-on and/or theory based and can be more flexible than traditional 'structured' courses because they can focus on the relevant parts of technologies and implementations.
